From the beginning to the end we are involved:

Under Slab - Excavating and installing underground connection pipes for the sewer (bathroom, laundry and kitchen) these normally would run through the footings hence they must be done before the footings have been poured.

Rough In - The term ‘rough in’ describes the installation of a building’s water service in wall cavities before the walls are lined with plasterboard or sheeted.

Fit Off - The fit off of your new home comprises of the installation of final fittings including: tapware, toilets, shower heads, bathtubs and basins to name a few. Once they are installed all fittings are tested to Australian Standards and Council inspections are obtained.
